Zero times recently... Lacking
Why can't I do a muscleup?
I've been training weighed pullups ( Right now, I can pull 35kgs for 1) but still can't seem to do a muscle up. Is it my strength that I have to improve or is just technique that plays more important role here? I really want to be able to do a muscle up. Please help me, guys. Also please give me tips and progressions if you can. (Update after two weeks: I got the muscle up. Lesgooooo!! For those of you who aren't there yet, don't give up, brothers. You'll get it 💪. Have patience and be consistent. You got this🔥.)

You are easily strong enough... Just study the form more- hands above bar swing kip and so on
building endurance and learning a skill?
my goal is to build my endurance for many reps in pulls , push etc . but also want to learn skills like , front lever , handstand etc . should i incorporate my skill training within my endurance training or always keep it seperate ?

Do the skills training first. Endurance at the latter half of the workout. If you do endurance first, your muscles will ache when practicing skills.
Pull up endurance
If I want to increase my pull up numbers, should I train to failure like in the new vid w emom/drop sets or should I go for strength with form, currently at 8-9 chin over bar pull ups.

Sounds like you are overthinking it. If you want more pull ups, train the muscles required. Just do more pull ups and your reps will increase with time. Failure or not failure, bands or no bands. Get the muscles to burn and recover stronger with better endurance.
Mass
i have 56 kg and 175 cm can i build muscle without bulking?

You need fuel to build the muscles. You don't need to hard bulk and eat garbage just for the calories. If you eat just above maintenance calories and train hard, you will gain muscles and not a lot of fat. Why don't you want to bulk?
