You just gotta wait and rest bruh, but you can go for walks, read, meditate, enjoy nature. And also dont forget to eat, drink, and sleep alot

how to do cupping with a dumbell?
Idk what the difference between a wrist curl and cupping is, what am I trying to do when I cup and how do I know ive reached failure? Am I supposed to try and scoop my knuckles under the dumbell and curl it up or what am I supposed to do?
