Spending time with family
Have you taken action on my advice of spending time with your family and friends/ proposing an activity to someone ? Here's the action I took today : just asked my mother to record some clips of me for youtube and spent time with her laughing /talking about projects, in a few hours I will go to a parkour/trampoline park with my father and a good friend of mine (we'll record some clips in there this will be fun). Productive day and spending a lot of time with my family on top of that ! Your turn now brother.

TRAPS
Good day to all you fine gentlemen here. Men, I want to know what you do for traps. I haven’t seen as much growth as I’d like from my traps and they are falling a little behind compared to my shoulders and upper back. I don’t feel too great of a connection with many exercises in the traps. Shrugs, heavy or light, don’t activate them as much as they used to. Upright rows and dumbbell military press don’t get traps as much as they used to either. Just wanted to know if anyone has any tips or tricks, thanks.

Shrugs and farmers walks should be op
Today's biceps workout was incredibly strange
Today when I trained my biceps my reps were all over the place, normal ez bar curls were fine, but then on cable preacher curls and reverse curls my reps were all over the place, first set on preacher curls I only reached like 6 reps (I hit 9 on last session) and then on the second set I could crank out like five as easily as possible like I could've done more reps last set even tho Im pretty sure I reached failure, and sorta the same thing for reverse curls, but this time first set I hit like idk 6-7 reps and then on the second like 11 bruh, it might be cause I haven't slept well, eaten enough or just because I did the workout quite late unlike I usually do, I'm gonna see if I can reach 12 reps on reverse and normal curls and hit 11 reps on preacher curls next pull session, tell me if this has happened to you guys before

@Roger C ah
unsure
All the clips I need for the next video are recorded (neck routine update) but I'm starting to dislike the style I'm using it feels way too fast paced, for exemple I went through the intro and 1 whole exercise explaination in 23 secs, don't really know if I should keep doing this even tho it's really straight to the point, maybe a bit too much.

Example* plus I honestly don't care if the video is short, neck routine is neck routine so no need for extra unnecessary stuff, though you could go deeper and add more details like mind muscle connection and form
Urgent post I am in need of help 🚨
This post will be long so get ready to read a shit load.ever since the bulk I gained around 3kg but since one month I started doing the 4K bulk.i have been thinking to lower the calories back to what I was doing beforewhere I was gaining abit less than half a kg a month.i highly doubt that the improvements I had over the past month was the 4K diet all though it did play a role.i think the reason for the dramatic change in strength and fullness is the fact that I locked in considering getting ready before hand for performance.i just push way harder than before.i will prodvide pictures of my body in the comments and I need an opinion.

I enjoy exercise, sometimes, sometimes not. Getting it done is all that matters.
