Specific hand hypertrophy training
What might be indicated if the specific goal is gettering more muscular hands? What exercises are most targeted for this goal? Also could this increase circumference of each finger? If so I'll pick a slightly large version of the sleep tracking ring I'm buying. 9 is right, 10 a bit loose but comfy. But if my fingers will actually grow, 10 all the way.

@Faber Hentschel There are not many exercises that mainly target the finger muscles and hand muscles, the exercise listed partially implement these muscles but are not the target muscles, rice bucket training is not that good it mainly used as a warmup for many for grip exercise but for me is not as good as my listed exercises

@Faber Hentschel They do not target the fingers or thumb specifically but they are put under load during the exercise doing the exercise only in the most stretched form will help target the hand muscles more but wont be greater than the forearm muscle.
Workout Routines
If u want to, can you guys share your workout routines and each exercise so others and me can use them to create their own routines? 💪

@Yotam Polak Thank you for taking your time to write all this out I will be adding some to my workouts!💪
Rogers training
Rogerr trains multiple sets to failure, e.g. 4 sets of single arm curls. and i'm curious about what he means with that. does he adapt the weight so he can stay in his desired rep range. or does he do the whole exercise at the same weigth and is happy with lower reps?

For me i do same weight till failure but you gotta rest in between sets to get that similar rep range, I usually do 4 sets then last set till failure.
