Specific hand hypertrophy training
What might be indicated if the specific goal is gettering more muscular hands?
What exercises are most targeted for this goal?
Also could this increase circumference of each finger? If so I'll pick a slightly large version of the sleep tracking ring I'm buying. 9 is right, 10 a bit loose but comfy. But if my fingers will actually grow, 10 all the way.
