Low on time
Hey guys.
I typically do my cardio in the morning fasted. (Ex a little jog to get my brain functioning before work)
I try to get my lifts in at lunch.
After work my life is hectic so we typically get a walk in before bed or walk to yoga for some steps.
What do you do when you are low on time for lifting? Is there a downside to super-setting for the sake of time. Keep in mind I was one of those dreaded CrossFitters so rest time is a new thing for me.
What are your suggestions on getting lifts in on a time crunch?
