Diet
Diet section to the Dojo would be excellent, It’s actually more than half to one’s success in getting fit. What’s everyone’s opinion? I know there’s tons of fad diets and stuff but which one seems to work the most? Counting calories seems to be the most legit but there’s tons of other ways like Keto, Carnivore, etc etc. A diet section is nice to share recipes as well and food hacks like Protien smoothies and stuff.

Question about the press
I am struggling with this issue: 12 kg press is too easy (15 reps each side), 16 kg is too heavy (1-2 reps each side). How to progress from here? What's your experience & solution? Thank you. Manuel

Heavy Kettlebells
Been seeing popularity in going heavy with single or double Kettlebell. At 50 years old I’m a little iffy going up to 28kg and 32kg and not that I can’t because I probably can but my greatest fear is injury. I honestly feel I get great benefits even with a 16kg at that. I do use a 20kg frequently and just added a 24kg which I can handle pretty good. Not looking to be all full of muscle but just in great shape and look good in my clothes. What are you alls thoughts on this growing trend?? Thank you Fam

Double Kettlebell check in
I am still working with the double. A couple of things I need to improve are landing position of the jerk needs a bending of the knee and then stretching. The swing feels weird due to the set up. Sometimes I have to adjust and close and open a little bit more. Nowhere near comfortable to do the double snatch yet. https://youtu.be/pbPPdzaJyLc?si=u_csRH3UNkZyyaph
