#1 There were a few great take away. Firstly, I had goosebumps when you told your story - thanks for sharing ♥️. The next thing was the positive impact of a trained mind on body and technique. I can feel that this is the magic switch. However, I think you need to experience it in order to integrate it in your routines. Otherwise you/kids might still think (because trainers tell so) that working more, practising longer, harder, etc. is the right way to go.

#3 It's important to me that my child has fun in swimming because it's a great sport, he loves it and is good at it. For me it personally is not "important" that he is successful (in the meaning of winning) but I like him to suceed and reach his personal goals (although I think he does not even guess what he is capable of...).
