Day 21 - 300 lunges - done โ
Really, really not feeling it today, tired & achy back - by time I was finished I was nearly warmed up ๐คช๐คช
20 lunges between sets - mix of singles, alternating & pendulum.
40 lunges to start then -
4 sets leg press (80 lunges total)
2 sets deads (40 lunges total)
4 sets bench (80 lunges total)
6 sets curls (120 lunges total)
Plus 60 bonus ones ๐ญ
420 lunges all in, so I can add 120 to my extras tally ๐๐
