French weir swim

11 weeks post op (total rupture of my right quadricep) and Em and I were finally able to get back into the water this morning! I’ve had to wear a leg brace since the op which I’m finally out of hence me getting back to doing the fun stuff! My training has had to be adapted to suit too!

The platform and recently added ladder to get in and out of the water makes this a great place to swim/dip so worth a visit if you are Taunton based!
