Time to pick up cardio again.
I have a four day split right now And I’m resting the other three days. Since I want to get lean I will add cardio sesh on my days off. Starting by running a mile outside after work.

Habit challenge September
I’m thinking either 1. A step goal or 2. eating macros as my no 1 goal for the month. On the 30th I go on a cruise so want to be as lean as I can by then.
