Introduction
Hey guys I’m passionate about calisthenics—a discipline that challenges both body and mind. What drew me to calisthenics was the way it blends strength with control, allowing me to push my limits without relying on traditional gym equipment. Starting as a beginner, I’ve worked my way through foundational exercises and am now aiming to achieve advanced skills like the planche. This journey has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of consistent progress, qualities I value both in fitness and in other aspects of my life.

Transition to advance tuck planche
I can hold tuck plance for about 20 seconds and I think I am ready for advance tuck but whenever I do it my back starts arching which isn't good form and i can't do for more than a second.

Day 1
This is day 1 of me training to unlock the handstand. I feel like it’s gonna take some time getting used to being upside down and the fear of falling. Then I will do my push day workout.
