Calorie Question. HELP
I’ve spent a lot of time doing gym work but have never been all over the nutrition which is why I’ve consistently failed at achieving my goals.
I understand how many calories I need to have to loose weight at my ordinary gym pace.
However, for example, if I did my ordinary gym session but decided to do a 5 mile run aswell and burned an extra 500 calories than I ordinarily would have, does this mean I should eat an extra 500 calories.
Ordinarily I wouldn’t but that’s why I think I may have failed in the past because I felt depleted/weak/hungry etc.
Love everyone’s thoughts 💭
