For the traditional Mon-Fri workers here, we are approaching the hump to the week, which means from here it’s all downhill (fast and fun - right?) to the weekend!
How’s ur week been so far? I’m on a course this week, so I’m working from home which has its benefits and issues TBH.
I have been for two runs in two days over lunch in addition to my morning BikeErg WODs which is good, but I have also been sorely tempted by the snack cupboard. Also I’m in charge of dinner which didn’t go so well last night. We planned chilli and nachos, but I defrosted bolognese instead of chilli 🤦♂️
I’m not feeling a run today so over lunchtime I’m planning a Burpee EMOM session instead 🤢.
