NEW COURSE INCOMING - Handstand Push Up Strength
I've gotten umpteen requests for a handstand push up guide - so here it is TWO are coming out: 1. Strength Conditioning for the Handstand Push Up(Coming First) 2. Technical Guide for the Handstand Push Up(Coming later in November) There will be 3 strength levels for this. Important Updates: MAJOR changes have been made both to the overall look of the course and the video. Information will now be compacted into a section under "program" of the course and visual guides of how the exercises should look like will be kept straight to the point, in the video. Parts of each strength level's ebook will be extracted and placed together on the same page with the video. This ensures that you DO NOT need to download the ebook, in case there is a technical error that does not allow you to do so(happened in the past so I needed to improvise) The course is almost done, but structure, positioning and placement of the course with the current courses in Caliversity still has to be thought through. I aim to release this though, by the end of this week and by then, I'll start working on the technical guide. Who's excited?

Day 2 - Too heavy for planche(BUT IT AIN'T STOPPING ME)
What I did for planche training today: Nothing because today is my REST day and rest days are important for recovery, when it comes to any form of training. This ensures that I don't get injured. Anyways, I will get back to planche training tomorrow. I'm currently using my THICKEST resistance band because I am HEAVY(81kg~) I would say my weight plays a huge factor in me taking a long time to achieve this skill even though I know how to train for it but I would rather train for a skill at a heavy bodyweight than achieve it because I am lightweight. Anyways, I did 3 sets of a thin band(blue) with a 2 minute rest And 3 sets of a thick band(yellow) with a 2 minute rest Holding an average of 6 to 7 seconds per set with PROPER form I'll check in tomorrow once my rest day is over!

The harder the goal the greater the reward. Let's go my Donkey Warriors we bulking while doing calisthenics it's more rewarding.
What is one physical achievement that you are proud of?
Personally, I unlocked a 140kg / 308lbs bench without ever training for bench(75kg / 165lbs bodyweight) This made a lot of local powerlifters and bodybuilders start calisthenics because I told them that was my first time benching seriously as a calisthenics athlete. What is your achievement and story?
