Creating competition
(this post isn't to brag) In Roger's new video he talks about competition, and as long as you don't take it too far that it is good for you. Thus i'm looking to test it out and see if it works. But the (un)fortunate part is that i'm the biggest of anyone i know and see on a regular basis, i see some freaks at the gym, but those guys have a lot of years on me, so creating competition between them isn't really worth it. So how would you go about creating some kind of competition in my situation.

Try practising some other competitive activity where you don't such a big skill level difference
Splits or PPL
What's better for a fast metabolism while bulking? Push-pull leg or splits

You should incorporate grip-specific training like farmer's walks, plate pinches, and dead hangs into your routine. For pull-ups and rows, you can experiment with alternative grip techniques such as lifting straps, hook grip, and mixed grip. U can also focus on back exercises that put less strain on your grip, like chest-supported rows and lat pulldowns.

Try squeezing the rice harder, digging your fingers in deeper, and twisting your wrists with more force. The more resistance you create, the more your forearms will work.
