I think having no choice has brought me out hell. Back in the day I always had a back up plan and just knowing that it almost gave me an excuse to fail. Not that failing is always a bad thing, but in this case I don't think I pushed myself as hard like I did when I had no other options. We all live with what we can tolerate and sometimes familiarity is more powerful than an unknown promising future!!

This is an insane video. I took two pages of notes just on this and got a ton of ideas and light bulbs popping up over my head haha. Alex explained getting people to associate our brand with something that makes our clients' lives better is exactly what I needed to hear. Learning these six steps is going to make things a lot clearer tomorrow morning. However, for me being a student of business requires a lot of patience and willingness to fail! Sometimes I make it harder on myself by trying to recreate the wheel. That's why I am beginning to really love this community. We have a literal library to reference at any time or day. Using AI to personalize solutions for your customers base has helped me quite a bit. Just today I used Chatgpt where I put an exact demographic in for mock questions and answers surveying what my customer base is really looking for in my community. This will help me be super specific when serving them. Mostly AI has helped me things that I may not have considered before therefore saving me a lot of time.

This video brings it home for me because I dealt with that exact situation in 2020. Today this is the exact model that I am working on in skool. I remember watching another video Alex had and he said know the business your in. He said a friend of his owned cleaning businesses and his biggest issue was keeping staff on. He's not in the cleaning business but the recruiting/training business bc the majority of his time was spent recruiting employees and then training them to clean properly. Same thing here with me I'm in the accountability and sales business now teaching health and wellness. This has heavily influenced the way I think about all businesses now. Fantastic, it makes you think differently when you keep feeding yourself knowledge like this.
