Major update
Major plateaus have been broken From bench to triceps to shoulders to pull ups I was stuck at 20kg each side strict and I took it slowly now I am at 25 kg 10 reps strict and I did it like it’s nothing.bear in mind I am at 76 kg.if I am gonna make gains it’s now.i have prioritized both nutrition and performance and shit is going very fucking well.i am following the ppl btw that roger made.

Cupping pulley or cupping dumbbell ?
Holy shit guys, following roger's new video I rushed to try it and damn the feeling and the congestion was crazy, please help me, I want to know when I can implement it, I was already doing 5x a week on cupping with dumbbell except for my back biceps days, can I implement it these days? Forget the dumbbell and only do it with the pulley? or do both on the same day? I would like to know your opinions.

I personally prefer the pulley version since I recently figured out how to perfectly hit my „hand flexor“ and it was a goddamn nice feeling I gotta say. I stand sideways to the cable tower and pull with a D-handle at the lowest setting.
