Alcohol
Is there anything regarding alcohol consumption? I’m trying not to do anything during the week, but on the weekends I like to have something. Love Mezcal tequila which is 100% agave with zero sugar ginger ale. Or a gin and tonic. Is there any thing that is preferred or are we aiming for Zero tolerance lol!!! 😂

@Asma Khan It won’t help the salty part, but sometimes I whip my cottage cheese and add a little protein powder or something for flavor

Up did my stretching, loaded up on water, now to take my wife to her coloscopy, I'll walk and wait and read through week one diet plan and work out plan as well. Have fun and be well and strong.
