What are your strength standards for Wt. Squats?
What weight to BW ratio makes you a Beginner, an Intermediate or an Advanced athlete?
For example, my max squat is 80kg while I weigh 70kg. 1.14x BW (probably noob level)
What I saw online was -
Beginner - 0.75x BW
Novice - 1.25x BW
Intermediate- 1.5x BW
Advanced - 2.25x BW
