Google and ranking
Great Q&A call. We went down a small rabbit hole around ranking, SEO, etc. Do you know about HubSpot Academy? It's feee and there's a wealth of information on all things inbound marketing. HubSpot provides a really valuable resource. I have only received certifications on a couple of courses, all free. None around Google specifically. But if looking to learn, I see they have one on your Optimization Score w/ Google. They have another I see on your Google Page. Then for SEO in general, they have a couple of dozen courses. Definitely worth a watch. https://academy.hubspot.com/?

LeadIQ and Seamless...cool tools
https://www.loom.com/share/05eff8dbd1af4d8893333ea1361f7327?sid=b899a2d4-a4ab-4d52-850d-cefa307caa82 Hey y'all! Here's a short 5 min. video on... Seamless dot AI - You can go into LinkedIn + SalesNavigator and search something like, "Facility Manager" and pull up all the FMs near you. And with a click of the button download contact info up to 1500 contacts at a time under the paid plan. I'm demo-ing here the free plan. Much of the same. You can also visit any website and pull contact info much the same way. LeadIQ - This competes with Seamless. I think one of you turned me on to it. I can go into LinkedIn and download info. They have 50 free credits per month (hey, 50 emails...why not?) and I can click to unlock. It's almost too easy.

LeadIQ and Seamless...cool tools
Wow! Discovered a really cool AI tool.... NotebookLM
I don't know when this came out, but I'm in a AI-Based Skool Group. I was introduced to NotebookLM. NotebookLM is a FREE AI tool from Google. It allows you to upload a text based file (e.g. PDF, txt, copy and paste of text, etc.) and it will summarize that text and organize it for you. But here's the cool feature...there's an audio summary feature that will analyze the text and create a podcast-like recording of that content. And it's not reading your content word for word...it gives its own take on that content. So, using an example here, I uploaded the copy and paste text of one of Clean Line Janitorial Services' blog post, 8 Questions You Should Ask When Choosing Your Next Cleaning Company. It took several minutes to render, and it produced the enclosed WAV file. Check it out! Use cases: Create a podcast around your blog's content Training audio for your team Create digestible content you can listen to on the fly Create a YouTube video on your content (AI tools for video out there, or DIY) Create content for short form video like TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, etc. Turn your emails into an audio discussion Turn your YouTube videos into an audio discussion
