What Do You Do For Fun? Let Us Know πŸ‘‡
What do you do to kick back from life stuff/stress? What do you enjoy doing, your hobby, your leisure time? For me it is the gym, sauna, Pilates, walking and family time. Occasional 🍻 with friends often watching the rugby - and I try to read a lot. There's more I need to add to this list, but slowly I am getting more time as the kids are a little bigger (both still under 4) to bring in more activity. Maybe some vets rugby on the cards πŸ€”and hoping to get back to BJJ within the next 12 months. Let's hear what you enjoy, and perhaps want to get back to in the future in the comments πŸ‘‡

Session 4
Just finished session 4 after a week of very little pilates due to work, kept the 15 min daily routines but nothing else... felt good, easier than i thought would feel. Looking forward to some more challenges!

What Are You Doing? 🫡
Let us know what you're up to this weekend through gifs, pictures, or of course comments! I just did a Pilates session before πŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ it's so nice just shutting up and being told what to do without having to think! I will always go to a session! Practicing what I preach I also do 3/4 shorter routines either to warmup for gym or get moving early doors! This is a winning formula πŸ™Œ

Lifting with a bad back?
This might help. Contrary to popular belief, there's not a correct way it seems. Whatever is most comfortable 🀯 I still prefer a neutral spine and brace the core to lift, especially with a sore back... What do you find most comfortable?

Day 3
Completed day 3 and felt quite good, felt the side movements a quite hard but manageable. I guess that means i should start focusing more on side core?
